If you're a regular at CFFC, then you know the drill: When the leaves start to fall in the capital, it's a surefire sign that the CFFC is just around the corner. Well, guess what? They've just dropped the date for the 15th CFFC Beijing event. So, circle Sat, Nov 4, 2023 on your calendars, folks!

CFFC always guarantees a delightful experience, all while serving a noble cause!

Entering its 15th year, the CFFC has now raised and distributed over 10 million yuan to those in need. Its spirit – a blend of Good Eats, Good Times, and Good Causes – is getting nods in the community. But let's not overlook the fact that the CFFC charity fund is also firmly committed to Quality Education, Gender Equality, Sustainable Cities and Communities, not to mention the partnerships under the United Nation Sustainable Development Goals (UN-SDGs) framework.

This year, two standout non-profit organizations have been honored as beneficiaries of the CFFC's annual charity fund. Let's dive in and get to know these two incredible charities a little bit better.

HOPE

First on the list is HOPE (Horses Offering People Enrichment) Equine Assisted Services. They're in the business of providing therapeutic riding lessons to various communities – from the locals in China to orphanages such as Bethel & Renyuyuan and Shepherds Field. But their good work doesn't stop there. They also reach out to the expat community and run a prevocational program that offers unmounted equine services to adults with special needs. HOPE has set up its operations in Shunyi, based out of the Oriental Equestrian Club Stables.

FROM OUR EYES

Next up, FROM OUR EYES. Originally part of an environmental protection program of the Shan Shui Conservation Center (Beijing) in 2007, this center morphed into the Yunnan FROM OUR EYES Rural Documentary And Culture Research Centre (FOE) in 2015. Registered with the Yunnan Civil Affairs Department, FOE works with rural community partners in western China. They use videography as a tool for cultural preservation, education, local ecological protection, and promotion of sustainable rural development.

So, why not mark Nov 4 on your calendars? It's a golden opportunity to extend your support to these good causes, while also enjoying a fantastic night out with friends. The CFFC eagerly awaits your presence. Save the date!
